Shipping policy

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as pre-order are made to order.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 5–7 weeks from the date of purchase.

This timeframe includes production and processing before dispatch.

In-Stock Items

Products that are in stock (not marked as pre-order) will be shipped within 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All shipping updates after dispatch are provided directly by Royal Mail.
Please use your tracking number to follow your delivery and contact Royal Mail directly for any delivery-related enquiries, delays, or changes.

We are unable to provide additional updates once an order has been handed over to the courier.
