At OFFGRID, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns for exchange or store credit only—no refunds.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, limited editions, and custom pieces are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- We do not offer refunds—only exchanges or store credit.
- If you want a different size, colour, or item, we’ll exchange it (subject to availability).
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit for future purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at offgridclothingstore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement.
